Dellinger Excavating Inc. has built countless parking lots and commercial building sites. We have prepped sites for restaurants, churches, medical facilities, schools, amusement parks, factories, gas stations and government offices. We will excavate/fill building pads excavate footers, cut and fill the site, build the parking areas and prep for the asphalt and concrete contractor to precise grades using GPS controlled equipment. We install all utilities required including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water lines, gas lines, electric and communication lines. We will subcontract and supervise concrete installation, asphalt installation and striping and others. Dellinger Excavating Inc. can import material to bring your site up to planned elevation and if necessary stabilize it using lime or cement stabilization. If you have too much we will export the excess offsite and dispose of it. When all the heavy work is finished Dellinger Excavating Inc. will place topsoil in all designated areas, fine grade and seed if required.
